Global Co-op

Cooperative education, or co-op for short, is the sig­na­ture pro­gram in Northeastern’s expe­ri­en­tial learning port­folio. Co-op is an educational model that integrates rigorous classroom study with real-life work experience. Recent global co-op locations in Asia have included:

Dialogue of Civilizations

A series of global student exchanges between students at Northeastern University and communities around the world, these faculty-led short-term summer programs usually last 4–6 weeks. They involve a series of meetings and discussions between students, local government leaders, and community organizations on various topics such as the arts, human rights, literature, politics, popular culture, and women and gender dynamics across cultures. The following programs planned for Summer 2016 will travel to:
